Zhilabs has been granted the deployment of its CustomAIr solution over a multiple terabit-per-second network, composed of multi-vendor equipment and running virtualized. Zhilabs will provide its Customer Experience Management, Service Operation Centre, Customer Care, Proactive Customer Care and Smart Capacity Planning modules amongst others.
