The ‘Proactive Care’ module of Zhilabs CustomAIr for Fixed Broadband already working in a European Tier-1 OpCo has been upgraded to collect IPTV data. The integration and correlation of this additional data enable the European Tier-1 operator to detect Massive Incidents proactively, by correlating TV KPIs with the network topology, and device types obtained from the inventory; and pre-categorizing the impacted subscribers with “tags” of being affected by a Massive Incident.
