Zhilabs, a Samsung company and the company behind NetLiner, the product that provides real-time end-to-end subscriber-level visibility, announced today that NetLiner is in production at Vodafone, powering Proactive Analytics.
Zhilabs NetLiner helps Vodafone to:
- Proactively understand their customers and their real Quality of Experience for the different services like video, apps, connectivity and other Value Added Service (VAS).
- Understand the impact of Over the Top (OTT) applications and VAS as they penetrate Vodafone network.
Zhilabs NetLiner uses advanced machine-learning technology to operate on encrypted traffic (video Quality of Experience) and offers Vodafone an Open Data environment.
